“When the flower blooms, the bees come uninvited”
- Ramakrishna
Tiffany Chen is a healing arts practitioner specializing in ancestral healing, somatic attunement, and spirit-based healing modalities.
Born to immigrant Taiwanese parents on Acjachemen and Tongva land, she draws from her cultural roots and personal healing journey to support others in restoring balance and connection within their lives.
Before entering the healing arts, Tiffany endured years of chronic illness and autoimmune conditions. When Western medicine offered little relief, she turned back toward the lineages that lived in her body, Traditional Chinese Medicine, qigong, plant medicine, energy medicine, and the embodied tending that her ancestors once knew. These experiences shaped the foundation of her work today.
With over a decade of study and apprenticeship with mentors and indigenous elders, Tiffany created Honey Heart Medicine as a space for individuals to explore their healing, reconnect to their lineage, and cultivate long-term well-being. Her approach integrates embodiment, energy work, and ancestral remembrance to help clients navigate life transitions, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their inner resilience.
Through her sessions and offerings, Tiffany supports others in reconnecting with their inner ecosystem, reclaiming their own medicine, and remembering the wisdom already living in their bodies and lineages.

Honey Heart Medicine, Vision Statement
When a thriving ecosystem generates honey, it carries medicine far beyond the garden itself.
I am guided to tend the ecosystem of the soul—to serve as a cosmic gardener who holds the long view of the soul’s journey. Caring for the conditions that allow vitality, connection, and meaning to emerge. A gardener does not force growth, but provides the tools, nourishment, and presence required for the whole ecosystem to flourish.
Honey Heart Medicine represents what arises beyond the garden: the nectar transformed through relationship, pollination, and time. Honey is only possible when many gardens are blossoming—when ecosystems are tended across seasons and in reciprocity with one another.
This is the direction for humanity that I hold in my heart: a vision rooted not only in individual wholeness, but in collective thriving. It is the vision of the cosmic gardener—devoted to the health of the larger web, and to the soul of the universe itself.
A soul’s gardener tends life’s evolution at both the micro and macro levels. This work supports people in remembering their own medicine, anchoring into their unique nectar, and honoring the interconnectedness of all beings.
It requires knowing the topography of the land—listening deeply, planting with intention, watering with patience, and allowing growth to unfold in its own time. One leaf at a time, across seasons, fruits and flowers emerge.
