I work with multi-modal energy healing practices to connect with the body’s energetic landscape. In each session, I attune to what is alive in your energy field and how the soul’s unique history weaves with what is unfolding in the present moment. Through Reiki and other attuned frequencies of universal life force energy, I support the release of blocked or stagnant patterns, creating space for deep relaxation, balance, and alignment in the body and energy centers.
Imagine the body as a house. In a session, we begin by assessing whether there are any tears or leaks in its structure. Just as heating or cooling a home works best when all the windows and doors are sealed, your energy flows most effectively when your field is whole and contained. Sometimes, other energies that don’t belong to you may drift in and take up space. Like flies entering through an open window, they may not cause direct harm, but they create clutter. In session, these energies can be cleared, and the “house” of your body repaired.
We live in an energetically dense world. Just as we habitually shower to cleanse our physical bodies, these sessions serve as an energetic bath, resetting your energy centers and auric field, and allowing the body’s natural healing abilities to awaken and flow.
When we open a container for healing, spirit guides, bright and well ancestors, and your higher self often step forward. They may reveal ancestral blocks and patterns that are ready to be released, or bring forward karmic threads from the Akashic records that are ready to unwind.
At the close of the session, it is optional to hear messages from your guides or higher self, offering clarity on what came through, along with any personal instructions or rituals that may support your continued integration.
Every person experiences receiving energetic medicine in their own way. For some, it may feel like warmth, tingling, or a radiant flow through and around the body.
